Delivery & Returns
We offer FREE UK DELIVERY on all orders, no matter the size. All orders dispatched within 1-2 working days. Small orders will be sent 2nd class. Once you place your order with us you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please check this carefully. We will then send you an email on the day of dispatch notifying you that your order is on it's way to you. Delivery addresses can be different to invoice addresses - this can be selected during the checkout procedure.
Delivery Terms & Conditions.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been paid for. However, Ashdown Light Store will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery..
You will get an email on purchase to confirm your order number, items ordered, your delivery address and the total price. Please check this carefully and notify us if you spot any discrepancies in the order.
Damaged or Faulty Goods.
We aim to provide the highest level of service to our customers. If you are not entirely happy with the quality of your purchase, or you believe the product to be faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product is faulty or damaged we will replace the item and offer you a refund on any postage costs you may incur (see below). Please note, we will only send out a replacement item on receipt of the faulty/damaged item. A copy of your order must be included with all returns.
Returns should be sent in original packaging, please note we do not refund postage for Special Delivery. All returns must be pre-arranged with us to qualify for postage refund.
Returning Unwanted Goods.
We value our customers greatly and aim to provide the highest possible level of service. If you purchase an item and decide you don’t like it or it doesn’t fit your requirements we will offer a 30 day full refund period. Please note, the refund will match the price you originally paid and will not cover any postage fees incurred whilst returning the item. A copy of your order must be included with all returns.
Unwanted items should be returned in an unused condition and in its original packaging - if it is not in a resellable condition a refund can not be offered. Please send all returns via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
International delivery prices are worked out by weight and automatically calculated - simply add your items to the shopping cart and select your country at checkout and the website will work out the shipping cost. We send small orders Royal Mail International Tracked and large orders by international couriers.
